Q: What countries do you deliver to?<\/p>\n
A: We Deliver to all European countries + USA + Canada + Australia+ New Zealand + East Asia + Turkey + UAE.<\/p>\n
We do NOT deliver to Mexico and some of the South American countries, as well as Morocco and Lebanon.<\/p>\n
Q: How long is your\u00a0delivery time?<\/p>\n
A: For most of the countries, we have an agreement with DHL\/FedEx\/EMS, which means our shipment\u00a0and delivery never take longer than 10 to 15 business days. For countries such as UAE, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia, we have an agreement\u00a0with Aramex and that enables us to deliver within ten business days.<\/p>\n
However, depending on the country of the destination and the size of the item, it can take up to 21 business days.<\/p>\n
Q: Do you provide a warranty for your products?<\/p>\n
A: All our products come with a 12 months warranty. To learn more, please read our\u00a0terms of service. It can also be beneficial to read through our\u00a0refund policy.<\/p>\n
Q: Do you charge TAX on top of the product price?<\/p>\n
A: We charge exactly what is on the product page. No hidden fees. No unexpected charges. In order to satisfy our customers and simplify the entire purchase\u00a0process, we do pay the import tax for all countries. It is part of our agreement with the cargo companies. so NO you will not have to pay anything extra on top of the displayed amount.<\/p>\n
Q: What payment methods do you accept?<\/p>\n
A: We do accept Visa\/Master\/Amex\/Discovery cards( debit & Credit)<\/p>\n
We\u00a0do NOT accept PayPal.<\/p>\n
We strongly advise our customers to pay with their credit cards and not with a debit\u00a0cards. In case you don’t have a credit card, then a debit card is the best option.<\/p>\n
The reason being is with credit card payments, you can safely transfer the amount, and if there is any issue, you can claim your money back.<\/p>\n
Q: Do we need to pay Tax for the items?<\/p>\n
A: You will not have to pay any tax or additional fees for small items.<\/p>\n
For some items, however, you may need to pay a tariff or importing Tax.<\/p>\n
We have a solid contracts with all the transport companies, such as DHL, FedEx,<\/p>\n
Aramex, TNT, and EMS. Therefore for most products and countries, all the Taxes\u00a0and tariff is covered by Home.Decor.Ligh.Store.<\/p>\n
You may, however, need to pay some other fees to local authorities, which is completely out of our control. We are an international company, and we deliver all over the world, so, unfortunately, there is no way we can control or know about each county’s additional fees.<\/p>\n
